Annual accounts and corporation tax
Limited liability companies are required to file annual accounts with Companies House and HMRC. To avoid fines and penalties, you must file your limited partnership accounts with Companies House nine months after the end of the year.
The tax on your company’s profits is called corporation tax. It expires every year: nine months and one day after the end of the year. You must also file a tax return with HMRC within 12 months of the end of the year.
Additionally, with the implementation of the Making Tax Digital regulations in 2023, it is even more critical that you maintain accurate digital records of your transactions. You will be able to comply with the law if you have our help.
